Our application process is simple and straightforward. After viewing if you want to take the property, we will require you to fill in an application form giving details of your current landlords.
We accept both Universal Credit and Housing Benefit tenants as well as working tenants. Our move in charges are affordable. If necessary, our tenant managers can help you fill in benefit paperwork.
Subject to landlord approval we will accept well behaved pets.
