Tenant Fees
As a general guide Ready to Rent Management do not ask tenants to pay deposits prior to moving in to a property.
Our tenant fees are shown below:
Deposit Taken £0.00
Holding Fee Maximum 1 weeks rental, to be deducted from your first rental payment.
Rent One month’s rental to be paid upfront upon signing the Tenancy Agreement
Please note that in the rare event we do ask for a Deposit, all deposits will be held with the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme). In this instance, all tenants will be issued with the Certificate.
We are members of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS),should you have any complaints, please contact them directly.
We are fully insured to hold client money through UKALA adn have a dedicated fully insured Client Account.
