Ready to Rent Management accept potential tenants that are in receipt of Universal Credit or Housing Benefit. Our Lettings Managers are all experienced in dealing with benefit agencies to help ensure our tenants are receiving the help that they are entitled to. If necessary, they will come to the Job Centre with you for your appointments and help get things in line.
Our Lettings Managers are also able, where appropriate, to help you submit a claim for Discretionary Housing Benefits, which may help you to secure your new home.
Please, however do be aware that we do always ask for housing benefits or Universal Credit housing payments to be directly to us. We feel that this provides you with peace of mind that your rent will be paid.
